Zoom meeting freezes on double click to show full screen

Is there any known issue around Zoom meeting getting frozen on double click to switch to full screen?

We have experienced the Zoom meeting getting frozen and unresponsive (only refresh the page fixes the problem) when we use the double click to switch to full screen view. The error is not happening always in fact is kind of difficult to reproduce it. Could it be related to the amount users connected to the meeting?

Which Web Client SDK version?
Experienced with 1.9.1.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the zoom meeting
  2. Double click to switch to full screen.

Device (please complete the following information):

  • Device: Mac Book Pro
  • OS: Catalina 10.15.7
  • Browser: Chrome
  • Browser Version: 91.0.4472.101 (Official Build) (x86_64)]

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. This could be related to other applications running on the system causing a limitation of resources. Without steps to reproduce it’s difficult to say.

First, I would try upgrading to the latest version of the Web SDK (1.9.6), if possible.
