Zoom meeting SDK for windows encountered a 15003 error in Tianjin when entering a meeting

Our PC client product integrates the Zoom SDK . In the past two months, all of our users in Tianjin, China, have been unable to use our PC client to enter zoom meetings. An error message is reported:
