Zoom Phone Historical Call History Sync with ATS Using Mobile Number

We are integrating Zoom Phone with our ATS platform.

Current Flow:

  • Recruiters make Zoom Phone calls from our ATS.

  • After the call ends, we receive webhook/callback events and store call logs, transcripts, summaries, and notes against the candidate profile.

New Requirement:
Sometimes recruiters make calls directly from the Zoom workspace/app instead of our ATS. At that time, the candidate may not yet exist in our ATS.

Later, when the recruiter adds the candidate into the ATS using the same mobile number, we want to fetch previous Zoom Phone call history (call logs, transcripts, summaries, recordings) for that mobile number and map it to the candidate profile.

Questions:

  1. Does Zoom Phone provide APIs to fetch historical call history using a mobile number?

  2. Can we retrieve transcripts/summaries/recordings for those historical calls?

  3. What is the recommended approach for syncing last 6 months / 1 year Zoom Phone history into an ATS platform?

Any guidance would be helpful.
