Zoom received SCIM API to change the user type to Basic from License

Hi All,

Recently we had a issue in zoom account. More than 10K users license converted to Basic from licensed and upon checked the logs we came to know Okta sent “SCIM API - update” to change the user type from licensed to basic. When we asked internal Okta team they can’t find any logs during that time frame and they can only see import failure on Okta from zoom app. it is required to change the custom attribute from Pro to Licensed?
