Zoom Recording Download Link streamed to Google Drive Upload

I am able to get the zoom recording download link for the file I need, along with the access token. It works when I copy and paste it directly into a browser and starts the download automatically. I am wondering if there is a way to take that download URL and stream it directly to the body of a Google Drive upload using their API. I am using NodeJS and I have tried createReadStreams, but I keep receiving errors. Any help would be great, thanks!
