Tried Everything as per shown in this turotial.

It seems like you might have missed out some steps during the configuration process and it’s hard to identify what could have went wrong without having more information from you.

Thank you for your reply, at last somebody took the courage to reply.
Yes I have setup an Broadcast Extension and also I am using same group Id for both Extension and App Target.
I have shared all required information, mentioned that what exactly I have followed.
I ma not able to get that scheme activation dialogue Ě„ while adding extension,

The “Activate scheme” pop-up doesn’t show up for all. The documentation we have here simply states that if it does, then click 'on “Activate”.
If you are unable to see your Broadcast App Target, then that means the whole setup is not done correctly, and it’s hard for me to say what exactly went wrong. I will advise you to revisit the entire “Screen broadcast with ReplayKit” documentation link to see what was missed out or misconfigured, or you can delete your entire Broadcast App Target and create a new one.
Or if you can share your entire project or all the necessary screenshots similarily to the ones we mentioned in the doc with me privately using the 1-1 message feature we have here (click on my profile > Message) and through a google drive link, I might be able to investigate better there.

I have followed everything shown in that doc, in fact also did remove the extension and added back again but still My app is now shown when user Tap on screen share option from Control centre when swipe down as I have shown in the screen shot attached to the Question post.
