I wanted to inform you that we’ve recently upgraded our Zoom account to the premium version. Previously, we were utilizing the free version of Zoom and had seamlessly integrated Jet Appointment with Zoom to automatically create meetings upon appointment confirmation. However, since upgrading to the premium account, we’ve encountered an issue where the integration seems to be malfunctioning. Although there are no apparent errors with the integration, meetings are not being created as expected. To address this matter, we have already taken the initiative to create a server-to-server authentication app. However, despite our efforts, we have not been able to resolve the issue. Therefore, we kindly request your assistance in troubleshooting and rectifying this integration problem. Your support in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
