Zoom-side resource issue

Hello Zoom Developer Support,

We are experiencing an issue with the Zoom Meeting SDK integrated into our React-based ACAP application.

Issue details:

  • The meeting joins successfully, but the Whiteboard toolbar is missing.

  • The issue affects all faculty users.

  • Whiteboard works in a direct Zoom test meeting.

  • The issue persists in Chrome Incognito.

  • The following request returns 403 Forbidden:

https://st1.zoom.us/web_client_whiteboard/mugb3o7o/dist/js/whiteboard-sdk.js

Environment:

  • SDK: @zoom/meetingsdk

  • Installed version: 3.13.2

  • Integration: Web Meeting SDK, Client View using ZoomMtg.init() and ZoomMtg.join()

  • Browser: Google Chrome

Could you investigate why the Whiteboard SDK resource is returning 403 and advise whether this is related to account permissions, SDK configuration, or a Zoom-side resource issue?

Please also confirm whether we should change the SDK version or any Whiteboard collaboration settings.
