Zoom SMS API Endpoint Issue

Hello Zoom Support,

I have enabled Programmable APIs (Service Endpoint ID: dpd8N5IjSsSaTBCz6IDkZg) 
but the SMS API endpoint (/phone/sms) still returns 404.

My account has:
- Zoom Phone enabled
- Programmable APIs enabled  
- OAuth app with phone_sms:write:admin scope
- Phone number: +13462350845

Please enable SMS API access for my account.

Hi @Arlo thank you for verifying the the plan and scope are enabled, but is the permission for the admin role enabled for phone as well?
