Zoom video call failure

I’m using zoom Video SDK for video chats in our application. I have encountered an issue with my video call and it was ended abruptly neither of the participants ended the call. Due to that I got issues regarding video call recording. I need the reason for the call disconnection so that I can handle it and prevent this in future.

Did users in the session leave? When there are no users in the session, the session automatically ends.
