Zoom Video SDK Broadcasting does not work?

Wondering if anyone has a luck of using Zoom Video SDK Broadcasting feature?

We have called an API and have got :

BroadcastStreamingClient.startBroadcast(), but Zoom returned INVALID_OPERATION with error 7900: Broadcast streaming is not enabled.

Form to contact sales goes to nowhere. Any clues as to what would be a working path to enable Broadcasting for an account or app?
