Thanks for the post. If you would like to creating, updating or deleting a webinar, you need to use Zoom API to do so.
For example:

• Create: https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/webinars/webinarcreate
• Update: https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/webinars/webinarupdate
• Delete: https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/webinars/webinardelete

Once you have the meeting number of a webinar, pass it to the join/start meeting methods to join or start the webinar.
