Zscaler DLP and Malware Scanning SaaS API app

I’m working with my security team, who is requesting that the DLP and Malware Scanning SaaS API for Zoom to be added, see article about adding Zscaler to Zoom article. We’ve run into issues where we get ‘Error 401: An error occurred when authenticating or authorizing the SaaS application.’ in Zscaler when attempting to authorize the connection. I verified with Zoom support that the account being used has the correct permissions. We tried creating it with an Admin account and an Owner account and we get the same error. Zscaler support is saying that the problem may be due to the three scopes that we can’t add because they are grayed out and not selectable. We are able to add the other scopes, so I don’t think that would cause the error to appear.

Hi @Sean7
Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Zoom Developer Forum!
Can you please share with me what scopes do you need that are grayed out in your accounmt?

Sorry for the delay. I didn’t get a notification that you responded. Thank you for responding. team_chat:read:list_members:admin

Solved. Sean is reaching out to get those permissions added by account owner to be able to add those scopes to the app.
