start_url expiration

We like to schedule all our webinar for the year in advance. It says that the start_url expires in 90 days, so does that mean we can’t create and sit on a webinar months in advance. Do new start_url get generated and updated to the webinar after the expiration?

If the start_url is expired can we not use the webinar, what does it mean?

How do we work around this?

apparently you get a new start_url every time webinar data is sent. Would not recommend storing this information in your database.

You will need to generate a new start_url after 90 days.
