pro+webinar具体操作步骤如下：
1.首先使用api召开webinar会议，然后结束会议
2.接着使用第一次的会议的start_url,再次召开webinar会议，（1小时以内可以召开）
3.一个小时后，再使用第一次的会议的start_url，召开webinar会议，失败。出现这个错误提示【 ウェビナーが期限切れです。 (3,038)】
所以，想知道webinar的start_url有效期和什么有关？为什么一个小时后失效，看文档，应该是2个小时有效期。

Hey @web_ins_1,

Correct, the start_url is valid for 2 hours, once expired, you can get another start_url from the Get Webinar endpoint.

But if you have already started and ended the webinar and it is past the scheduled end time, it will be over hence so can’t start it again.
