100 Meeting Rate Limit

We are receiving increasing reports from users of our Zoom App that they are being prevented from creating Zoom meetings due to the 100 meeting rate limit where, in each case, the limits are not being reached and no other meetings have been scheduled in the previous 24 hours, often not for weeks or even months. In most instances a de-install and re-install of the app / integration is resolving.

First saw c.2 months ago, but increasing in frequency.

Thoughts on possible cause, given no changes made to integration/process at our end welcome.

This is quite interesting, I do not see why your customers are getting that errors if they are not reaching the 100-meeting rate limit.
I will go ahead and send you a private message so you can share more information with me and I will investigate this further
