3,301 code this

Hi. I really need your advice and help to restore my cloud.

I got 3,301 code which is this recording does not exist. Meanwhile, i’ve been saved my recording on the cloud and i got an email too. I already saw the faq about the same question, but i still don’t understand like how to change the link into UUID and etc. Im begging you to help me because i really needs the record. My zoom account was licensed when i did a record. But, it came into a basic account again. So, my clouds is gone. Is it effective to use that steps? Or is there any steps that can specifically work on my cause? :pray:

Thank you for following up! You’ll need a Pro plan or higher to access Cloud Recordings, unfortunately.
