Hi. I really need your advice and help to restore my cloud.

I got 3,301 code which is this recording does not exist. Meanwhile, i’ve been saved my recording on the cloud and i got an email too. I already saw the faq about the same question, but i still don’t understand like how to change the link into UUID and etc. Im begging you to help me because i really needs the record. My zoom account was licensed when i did a record. But, it came into a basic account again. So, my clouds is gone. Is it effective to use that steps? Or is there any steps that can specifically work on my cause?

Thank you for following up! You’ll need a Pro plan or higher to access Cloud Recordings, unfortunately.
