300 Error Attempting to Download Recordings with OAuth token

I got “{“status”:false,“errorCode”:300,“errorMessage”:“Forbidden”}” while trying to download record with Oauth token. Token is good – all other endpoints of Zoom API are working with this token.

All scopes are enabled.
