403 Error Getting All Users on Account

Description
I am getting a 403 Forbidden error. This is despite the app having Shared Access Permissions granted.

Error?
403 error: Authenticated user has not permitted access to the targeted resource.

How To Reproduce
Do a GET request to the users resource.

Please any help would be greatly appreciated as this used to work. I received a report from one of my app users without changing any code and I can confirm the error. Thanks!

hi @northernbeacheswebsi ,

It is not just the app who has access, it the the user that enabled in in the marketplace.
Are you getting user/me does that work?
Is the user trying to get event data that they can also access IRL on the Zoom.com website.
Have to also ask, was this during the amazon system breakdown time.

Would need more context to give more information.
