Hello Support Team,

We are recieving 502 error for all REST API’s request, earlier it was working properly. Could you please check this. And we are using JWT for authentication.

Error mesage;
The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.

What version of TLS are you using? We recently upgraded to TLS 1.2
