720p support - questions

Hi,

We found this change:

Could you please give us more details about what you’re going to do, how and when (optional) ?
Will you provide a customization option (API service, SDK) so that we can choose between current resolution and 720p ? Or will you enforce this resolution by default or dynamically based on resources ? If you’re going with dynamic resolution, i’m interested in knowing how you’re going to do that since you cannot guess about participant hardware.

Hope you can share information here, a bit worried that this would affect current service quality if it’s enforced by default.
