Ability to set language preferences for Zoom Create Webinar API upon creation

I am looking to see where I can setup a default language preference for Zoom Webinars through the Create API.

Create a Webinar - Webinars - Zoom API - API Reference

In side of the UI through the portal I can change and select my language in from the GUI.

Was wondering if I can get this programmatically from the API as we are expanding our usage of webinars to be global.
