I have a question about “Upgrading an App”.
Do I always need a submission review to update a published app, even a minor fix? (For example, only wording changes)
If yes, shouldn’t I update until the submission review is approved?

Yes, but our reviewers will not have to test your whole app again, the review will be quick.
