“Access to the Zoom REST API has been denied for this user. Contact Zoom Support for details.” - Getting this error when trying to access Zoom API using the OAuth token generated for a user.

We are handling the rate limits, so not exactly sure why this error is occurring. Also, this is only happening to one user who is using our app, al the other users are able to access the API using the OAuth token.
