Access to Unsubscribes via API or Zapier

Need help tracking unsubscribes to our confirmation / reminder emails notifications sent to users who registered for our webinars.

Description
We have a compliance risk with not being able to look at users who have unsubscribed from our zoom notifications. We need to be able to identify users who have unsubscribed so that we can honor them in other environments.

Ideally there’s some sort of endpoint that gives me access to the unubscribe data. OR that becomes a trigger action in zapier to do the same.

Please pass any guidance for this specific issue, thanks!

Is there anyway you could show me how to get to those email activity reports to see all our unsubscribes?

I tried digging around within “Account Management > Reports > Usage Reports & User Activity Reports” but couldn’t seem to find it.

It’s also apparent that finding that unsubscribe data in the Zoom UI is only 1/4 of the battle. If there isn’t a way to track unsubscribes in an automated way and send that unsubscribe data somewhere else then I may just be at a dead end.
