I have several ZOOM phone customers that have requested dedicated park zone buttons being added to desk phones. Users want an alternative way to give a call to another user besides transferring the call. This is a common feature among other UCAS and premise based providers. Users would be able to park and retrieve a call using one button.
Has anyone else run into this issue?
Can you achieve this by setting one of your desk phone line keys to Speed Dial using DTMF code *5 for Park Call? That appears to park the call, but I am unable to use the same key to retrieve a call. That would be nice.
Ideally I want one button to park a call, indicate the parked call, and use the same button to pick the call up.
