Add_CB_onUserActiveAudioChange calling randomly

Description
I’m trying to monitor the ActiveSpeaker, with the C# wrapper I’m using this:
Add_CB_onUserActiveAudioChange

But I noticed some strange behaviours, depending on the meeting(I dont know whats difference), this method is called on 3 seconds timer, o other meeting this is only called when someone speaks and in a third scenario I seen this calling everytime the Speaker changes.

Someone have noticed that, or have some explanation about?

To Reproduce
You can use the wrapper demo on the Zoom site.
I’ve tryed with 3 scenarios: As Anonimous, as a logged user and a corporate user.
