Allow host to disable or force gallery view for all users

The new multi spotlight features are great, but it would also be massively useful if the host could force all users to follow their view (whether it’s gallery or spotlight) - for theatrical performances this would make the whole experience 10 x better (would be similar to the attendee view in a webinar but the user would still have their camera on. When in speaker view it would also be great to have a method of turning off the thumbnail ribbon at the top.
