Alternative Host simultaneous meetings

As I saw that one host cannot simultaneously conduct more than 2 meetings. Suppose ‘A’ have 3 meeting, this cannot be start at the same time.

Is it also same for alternative host?
I mean suppose ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’ has three meetings for each as host and ‘D’ is alternative host for all 3 meetings. Is it now possible to conduct more than 2 meetings?
