Analytics & Reports -> Zoom Phone

Hello,

I’m interested in knowing if there are any APIs available to get the information displayed under these 2 reports. Context: We have the power pack licenses which enable us access through GUI to this reports.

Analytics & Reports → Zoom Phone → Call Queue historical reports → Chart Report

At the bottom of the page I can see the global metrics for queues and if I click on a queue name I can view the metrics per user in the queue. Values such as: inbound/outbound call volume, completed calls (in and out), abandoned calls, voicemail calls, overflowed calls, avg call handling, avg hold time, avg waiting time.

Analytics & Reports → Zoom Phone → Call Queue historical reports → Opt-out/in Report

This report shows the opt-in and opt-out times per user and the associated reason, along with other information.

I know some of this information can be calculated from the overall call logs, but then information such as the opt-in opt-out cannot be find anywhere else as far as I can see.
