Queue Chart Report - Voice - Queue - Agent Counts (API version)

Hi

We are using the Queue Chart Report for our Counts of Calls (Inbounds and Outbounds) for a Queue and also the Agent Counts underlying that queue.

What Zoom API will we be using?

For example

For January 15 , PV PBX queue . we have 89 counts of Inbound Calls and underlying that queue is the Agents counts divided from the total. We are managing multiple queues and we don’t want to waste our time for copying and pasting it into our report sheet one by one per Queue per Agent. Thank you
