There are two potential factors that could be causing this:
- As you render additional users’ videos in a meeting, you are increasingly limited in the resolution allowed for their video. This is a back end constraint that applies to both the SDKs and the Zoom client. There is no way to change this.
- The more users there are at a given video resolution, the more bandwidth your meeting will consume. As a result, lower quality connections may experience a loss in quality and/or unstable video/audio feeds.
