I wanted to confirm that our Anonymous Join Exception request has been received and is under review. (There is not clear submit button in that flow, but it looks like it is there?)
Our application embeds Zoom meetings into a simplified browser-based experience used by production customers for HOA meetings, church/community meetings, and other accessibility-sensitive live events. Many attendees are elderly or non-technical and are currently unable to reliably join meetings due to the anonymous join restrictions now being enforced.
This issue is actively impacting live customer meetings in production and is creating operational disruption for our customers.
Could you please confirm receipt of the request and provide an estimated review timeline or escalation path?
