API access to manage zoom conferences

Apologies if this has been described/covered here (I did search here on the Dev Forum along with support.zoom.us)

My requirement: Manage my Zoom conference using API’s (primarily for listing, creating, modify and deleting Zoom conferences)

Q. What is the recommended user setup by Zoom?
NOTE: This setup should restrict access to their own account and not give access to other users under the same account.

Just to clarify for Zoom conferences, do you mean Zoom Rooms or Zoom meetings?

You can manage Zoom meetings via our Zoom meetings API endpoints.
