Allowing scopes for "meeting:write" & "meeting:write:admin"

Hello!
I am working with an app on the API, and am trying to enable scopes for “meeting:write” and “meeting:write:admin”. My account admin is trying to enable this for me, but cannot find which settings to enable. They said they have turned on nearly everything, but I still don’t have access to these scopes. Is there any clear, exact guideline for how to turn this on?

Also make sure that this settings are enabled for the role that you were given
