API account for developers

Hi, I am developer and I’m currently working on proof of concept for solution related to Zoom.
I need to test dashboard features of API.

I wrote email to isv @zoom.us and developer @zoom.us, but after few days there are no response.

Is there any other way to test dashboard features?, or I must buy business account?

how can i access the webinar API’s for Development as test user

In Zoom API Play Ground, we are unable to get API response for below mentioned API URL We request your API Development Team support to proceed further. As of now we are unable to generate the Access Token in Zoom API Play Ground. Is there any modification is in progress in Zoom Playground??
