API custCreate pro account

Description
If I use custCreate to create pro accounts (type 2), would I be billed for these accounts monthly? Or it’s only billed by minute usage?

Hello sorry I wasn’t clear with my question. The link you sent is not telling me whether there is any extra cost.

We are currently using custCreate, but we only create type 1 user. Now we would like to start creating type 2 and changing all the existing type 1 user to type 2. Say we are creating 10 type 2 users, will we be charged an extra 14.95 (cost per pro license)*10=149.5 on top of our minute usage charge?
