Creating user and creating sub account, which one is better?

Hi there,

Suppose my app is being used by 100 people in which 50 people will connect to another 50 people in video call. I have a master account. My question is that, for all those 100 people I need to create a sub account or I need to create user using data of the those 100 people? billing will be generated using master account.

Let me apologize for the late response. We had some posts slip through the cracks for one reason or another, but we didn’t want you to go without a response even it if is a late one.

This really depends on how you want to bill the usage. If you are charging those uses than a user account is great and it allows you a lot of control over what they can do. If the user will be paying themselves, then a sub-account would be a good option.
