API Data Empty at /phone/metrics/call_logs/:callId/qos

All my calls can see QoS at DashBoard site , but when querying using the API, the response content is empty.

To update this thread, our system regularly collects data to reflect call quality, typically at 1-minute intervals. This interval is an average value and may vary depending on the device type.

If the call lasts less than 1 minute, we won’t be sending any qos data. If you are facing a familiar issue, please try a new call that is at least about 2 minutes long so we can see if there is data going through
