We have a WebHook-only app and phone events are enabled for it. We’ve been testing it for a while and we are able to receive phone.* events except phone.call_qos. The event “Phone call’s QoS” is enabled for the app. Test calls last more that 1min and we expect to receive QoS for them. What could be the reason for that?

I see that you are having some issues receiving the phone.call_qos event on your app.

Could you point me towards the Documentation where you are seeing the event phone.call_qos please?
I do not see it in our docs
