API Failure Rate

Please Zoom people, we really like Zoom Phone with Salesforce, but we need this API issue addressed. How can we get the support that we need?

We have an API failure rate, and looking to 500 seats of the ZOOM PHONE with SALESFORCE Integration, I have asked 10 people for help on this, and no one wants to help. Maybe we should go to ringcentral.

See failure details:

  • Total API Failures: 46
  • Failure Rate: 10%
  • Time Period: last 7 days
  • APIs Experiencing Failures: /v2/meetings/{meetingId}_DELETE, /v2/users/{userId:.+}_GET, /v2/phone/users/{userId}/call_logs/{id}/voice_mail_GET, and 3 others.

To resolve the issue, please investigate the root cause of the increased failures and take appropriate actions. You can monitor the API activity on the Marketplace.
