Multiple times per day I get the following email alert:
API failure rate has exceeded 2%

To resolve the issue, please investigate the root cause of the increased failures and take appropriate actions. You can monitor the API activity on the Marketplace.
When I view the API dashboard it looks like this is happening with the “Zoom for Salesforce Lightning – ZP/ZM/ZW.” The logs show the error as Error code: 401 and Error code: 404.
I reached out to support and they said they can’t provide help but from what I can tell it looks like this is related to the Zoom for Salesforce Lightning app.
Does anyone else have any ideas how i can track this down?
