We currently have an Asterisk PBX system and thinking of moving to Zoom Phone. However, the one main item we need to tackle is a check that happens during one of the stages of our IVR. When a customer calls one of our call queue, we want to validate if they have access to hit that call queue. Today, we have a step in our IVR that has them type in their ID, an API call then hits our system, validates their ID is legitimate and then puts them through to our technical team. I can’t seem to find any documentation to let us do that, any help would be appreciated.
