API integration Issue after account migration

Initially there were 2 different accounts that were separated that weren’t under Crack the Wellness Code (CWC), account for emailid1@domain and emailid2@domain. The account for Crack the Wellness Code was empty, so we had to consolidate the 2 accounts over to this account under CWC, which is the typical setup for an organization.

So, we created a new account using a temporary email (emailid3@domain.org), provisioned the licenses that the 2 accounts had. After provisioning the licenses needed, we then invited the 2 other users (emailid1@domain and emailid2@domain) over to this new account under Crack the Wellness Code. Both users had to accept the invite sent to their email. Once accepted, we had assigned both users with admin rights and change the owner to emailid1. Once that was done, the owner or admin of the account had to delete emailid3@domain so that it would not be associated with the account anymore.

App was built under user emailid1@domain.org on Account ID 1234. Later, user emailid1@domain was migrated from Account ID 1234 to Account ID 9876. User migrations do not move Apps, so the App remained on 1234.

Zoom support moved the App and informed that connected app should now be visible for user (emailid1@domain). We are still unable to see the connected apps. Could you please share the steps as where to check for connected apps in zoom account?

In addition to that, users are currently unable to register for the upcoming event due to the ongoing issue using our mobile app. This is significantly impacting our ability to manage registrations and event planning. We rely on the Zoom integration for this process, and the current disruption is affecting our operations. Account should contain some type of apps that are linked with flutter app mainly API of zoom to join meetings and webinar. Could you please assist regarding this issue with API integration?

Thank you in advance.
