We see Zoom account and found that no apps are connected to this Zoom account. It seems like a new account. Migration did not happen properly. We would like to restore the account and connected apps. We need to know that can we restore the connected apps in this account. Can backup of 3/8/25 be copied as change done on 3/9/25?

Hello,

To confirm, do you want to return access to an app you installed and restore the state of the settings to a specific date? If so, we do not have any way to do this for you at the moment.

Hi Kwaku,

Thank you for your comment and that is not our main requirement. Please see the below and assist.

Initially there were 2 different accounts that were separated that weren’t under Crack the Wellness Code (CWC), account for emailid1 and emailid2. The account for Crack the Wellness Code was empty, so we had to consolidate the 2 accounts over to this account under CWC, which is the typical setup for an organization.

So, we created a new account using a temporary email (emailid3), provisioned the licenses that the 2 accounts had. After provisioning the licenses needed, we then invited the 2 other users (emailid1 and emailid2) over to this new account under Crack the Wellness Code. Both users had to accept the invite sent to their email. Once accepted, we had assigned both users with admin rights and change the owner to emailid1. Once that was done, the owner or admin of the account had to delete emailid3@domain.org so that it would not be associated with the account anymore.

App was built under user emailid1 on Account ID 1234. Later, user emailid1 was migrated from Account ID 1234 to Account ID 9876. User migrations do not move Apps, so the App remained on 1234.

Zoom support moved the App and informed that connected app should now be visible for user (emailid1). We are still unable to see the connected apps. Could you please share the steps as where to check for connected apps in zoom account?

In addition to that, users are currently unable to register for the upcoming event due to the ongoing issue using our mobile app. This is significantly impacting our ability to manage registrations and event planning. We rely on the Zoom integration for this process, and the current disruption is affecting our operations. Account should contain some type of apps that are linked with flutter app mainly API of zoom to join meetings and webinar. Could you please assist regarding this issue with API integration?

Thank you in advance.

Yes, you can try restoring the apps by checking Zoom App Marketplace under “Manage” > “Installed Apps” to see if they are still listed.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Check Installed Apps in Zoom Marketplace.
  2. Reauthorize or Reinstall the apps if unlinked.
  3. Verify API Credentials and permissions.
  4. Check API Error Codes in response logs.
  5. Reauthenticate OAuth Apps if needed.

If the issue persists, provide error logs for further debugging. :rocket:
