API Request daily limit

Greetings,

This is more a question about the product rather than an issue. We are currently working on integrating Zoom with our Queue & Appointment management software and according to Zoom’s API documentation, it can only receive 100 create a meeting requests per user in a 24 hours window. Because some of our customers have offices all over the country with several employees this limit could be reached within minutes.

Is this limit related to the account type? For example, if one of our customers gets an enterprise account can they make more than 100 requests to create meetings during a day?

Thanks in advance for your help

Hey @daniel.parra,

The limit is 100 create meeting requests per user per 24 hour window.

If you reach the limit, just use a different user.

Thanks,
Tommy

Hi @tommy,

Thanks for the answer. So just to be sure: if our client has an account with 100 users or hosts (a pro account with 100 sub-accounts) they would each get 100 requests per day. Ok that pretty much solves my question.

Thank you very much for your help.

Yep!

You are welcome!

Thanks,
Tommy
