i want to know that how many user can create a pro account holder daily and how many meeting can create a pro account holder i mean pro account owner with REST-API? as per your pricing package a pro account will get one host license so how many meeting can create a host daily with REST-API from my application? please inform me.

As stated on the Create a Meeting API doc, you can create 100 meetings per day for a single user:

if i have a pro licence account and create multiple user. is it possible that multiple user can host multiple meeting individually at a time?

Yes, you can host meetings at the same time as long as they are hosted by different users on your account.
