I’m trying to figure out a way to watch a chat in real time with the use case being a team member sending a chat message while in a meeting that triggers a webhook and actions based on what was sent. For example if they sent a chat “noshow” - the webhook will trigger actions so I can email the person that is supposed to be on the call. I tried to create an app in the marketplace but couldn’t find an option to watch the messages that we send? Thoughts?
