App moved to awaiting confirmation with no changes done

Hi, I was just viewing my app to see how and where to make the changes as per the EU guidelines, and I see the app moved to Awaiting Confirmation changes though I haven’t made any changes to the app.

How To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior including:

  • Login to the app market place.
  • Check the app that’s in awaiting confirmation status.

I see this with other local apps, if I click on the app and click on continue to navigate through submission, it’s changing the status and also changing the app type from oauth to general app. could you please guide us here?
