App blocked. says “Awaiting Confirmation". and shows im the owner of the app

our zoom marketplace app is active.
in the site zoom app marketplace > “created apps”, says “awaiting confirmation”.

In “Apps on account” > “Created Apps” tab, it says I’m the owner.

I need access to update this app. I am the owner of this app.

Check your list of apps created if you have any apps that might have started the app conversion but did not finish you need to complete it that will unblock your app

im at zoom marketplace > left menu “Created Apps”. I see my company app, with status “Awaiting confirmation”.

i do not have “Start conversion”.
in created apps, i see My company app. on the right side i have 3 dots.
3 dots drop down shows “Transfer owner”, manage app collabs…, view metrics…". all are disabled options.

Thank you. Please confirm the conversion at the top of the screen when you click on the app (see the screenshot below). Once you do that, you will be able to submit it. You can also revert it, and that will unblock your app.
